My darling & I began our snowshoeing from National Capital Commission parking lot P7, headed north in to the wind along trail #25. At sunset, we turned back, 500m short of a segment that we had completed together back in January 2005. By the time we were done Sunday, the windchill had dropped to -24.
My new Atlas 1025s are my fifth pair of snowshoes in this end-to-end Rideau Trail adventure.
